INDIVIDUAL (1) | $50
Individual trainings are 60-minute sessions focused on individual player development including shooting form, ball-handling, attack moves, footwork, strength & conditioning, and the mental side of the game. Designed to provide a challenge both physically and mentally, athletes will receive personal feedback throughout the workout. Athletes can expect to get plenty of specific feedback and to break down various fundamental aspects of the game.
Small Group (2 - 6) | $25 per athlete
Group trainings are 60-minute sessions focused on player development including shooting form, ball-handling, footwork, strength & conditioning, and the mental side of the game. Group trainings are a great way for athletes to gain experience putting the fundamental skills they have been working on to the test. Athletes can expect to get plenty of game-speed reps and personal feedback.
** Note: When signing up for group sessions, you are responsible for bringing/creating your own group. You may request to join a group by contacting me.
Team (6+) | contact me
Tyler will travel to workout your team, program or large group! The workouts will be customized to meet the needs of your team. Tyler can help your team on skills, fundamentals, strength and conditioning, specific aspects of team play, or a little bit of everything. Aspects of team training will vary depending on the number of players, ability level, and time commitment. Please contact for more information!
